S.A. RECASENS ADDS US MARINE TO ITS DIVERSE CUSTOMER BASE
PHILADELPHIA – September 30, 2004 – Internationally renowned fabric manufacturer S.A. Recasens, producers of Recacril® 100% Solution Dyed Acrylics, has signed on as a key supplier for US Marine, a division of the Brunswick Boat Group.
That’s according to Stanley Sherman, national sales manager for S.A. Recasens U.S., based in Philadelphia. Sherman says his company will supply Recacril® boat topping for US Marine’s lineup of Bayliner cruisers, Trophy sportfishing boats and Maxum pleasure boats from 18-42 feet.

Recacril® is a traditional, exclusive and innovative design line. The high-quality acrylic boat topping is available in a wide range of designs, including plain colors, block-stripes, semi-stripes, fantasies and printed designs.

RECASENS USA BECOMES EXCLUSIVE COVER ACRYLIC
SUPPLIER FOR CROWNLINE BOATS
PHILADELPHIA – August 17, 2006 – Recasens USA, the US division of International textiles manufacturer S.A. Recasens announced today a supplier agreement with Crownline Boats, Inc., a leading builder of stern-drive sport boats. Under this agreement, Recasens USA becomes the exclusive supplier of 100% solution dyed acrylics for Crownline boat tops and covers.
Beginning with the 2006-07 models, all Crownline bowrider, deckboat, cuddy and cruiser boats will feature covers made with S.A. Recasens RECACRILÒ 100% Solution Dyed Acrylics. RECACRILÒ is Recasens’ exclusive brand of technically innovative marine fabric that feature exceptional durability, with superior stretch, shrink, and fade-resistant qualities.
